DIRECTOR – CONTENT SALES & DISTRIBUTION📍 Middle EastRedHolt is supporting a leading international media and entertainment organisation with the appointment of a Director – Content Sales & Distribution.The Content Distribution & Partnerships Director will lead the international sales and distribution strategy for a portfolio of Turkish and Arabic entertainment content, including original programming across Drama, Sitcom, Documentary, Lifestyle and Kids. Based in the Middle East and reporting to the Chief Entertainment Content Officer, the role will focus on identifying and developing relationships with international broadcasters, platforms, distributors and sales agencies to maximise the commercial value of the content portfolio.The Director will lead sales discussions and negotiations, structure licensing agreements, manage distribution partners and identify new markets and revenue opportunities for Turkish content, while helping establish an international market for Arabic productions.The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of entertainment industry experience, including at least five years in a senior content sales, distribution, acquisition or licensing role. Strong knowledge of Turkish and Arabic content is required, alongside an established network of international broadcasters, media companies, platforms and distributors that acquire Turkish content.The successful candidate will combine strong content sales and negotiation experience with commercial and analytical capability, including content valuation, deal analysis, revenue forecasting and performance analysis. Experience within a studio, production company, broadcaster, distributor or agency, together with a strong understanding of the international television and digital distribution landscape, would be highly advantageousApplications open from candidates all over the globe
