Content Creator & StrategistLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time | PermanentAbout the RoleA confidential Dubai-based company is looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator & Strategist to develop engaging content and strengthen its presence across LinkedIn and other digital platforms.The ideal candidate will combine strong content creation skills with the ability to develop ideas, understand audiences, and build a consistent content strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.Create engaging posts, carousels, short-form videos, and other content formats.Develop content calendars and identify relevant industry and trending topics.Support leadership and personal branding through LinkedIn content.Write strong captions, hooks, and storytelling content.Work with internal teams to identify stories and content opportunities.Monitor content performance and use insights to improve reach and engagement.Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices.Requirements2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.Strong understanding of LinkedIn and personal branding.Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools.Creative, proactive, and able to generate ideas independently.Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.Real estate, B2B, or corporate experience is an advantage.Portfolio/work samples are required.Apply NowSend your CV and portfolio to cv@banke.ae with “Content Creator” in the subject line.
