We want someone who can look deeper understand a project, its buyers, its location and its place in the market, and then build a content direction that gives the brand a clear identity.Experience: 2+ years in real estate content or brand strategy What You'll DoResearch the Hyderabad real estate market, competing projects, buyer behaviour and emerging trends.Develop content strategies and campaign ideas for real estate brands and projects.Turn project details into stories that are relevant, credible and engaging.Build content plans with a clear purpose and consistent direction across formats.Work closely with design and client teams to bring the strategy to life.What We're Looking For At least two years of experience working with brands in the real estate sector.A strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market.A research-first approach and the ability to turn insights into original ideas.Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.The ability to think beyond the standard creative approaches commonly seen in real estate marketing.To Apply Please send us your CV and portfolio or samples of relevant work to aishwarya@studio318india.comWe’d especially like to see the thinking, research and strategic approach behind your real estate projects.
