Company Description: Peer Podium is a student-led nonprofit platform that supports Model United Nations and debate delegates with practical, performance-focused resources. The team offers free, structured guides on resolutions, position papers, rules of procedure, and related skills. Delegates can receive detailed, actionable 1-on-1 feedback on speeches and papers within 48 hours from experienced national-circuit debaters. The platform serves UN delegates, Indian committee delegates, and journalists, providing flexible support across formats. Founded by seasoned delegates, Peer Podium’s mission is to make high-level debate coaching accessible, inclusive, and impactful for learners at all levels.Role Description: This is a full-time, online Content Writer role based in a nonprofit organisation. The Content Writer will develop and refine written resources such as guides, articles, and toolkits on MUN and debate topics, in collaboration with the committee experts and the Social Media Managers at PeerPodium, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and beginner-friendly. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing Instagram and LinkedIn posts based on research guides provided by the organisation; drafting and updating web content; and collaborating with the team to align content with educational goals. The role also involves proofreading, editing, and maintaining a consistent tone and style across the platform. Additionally, the applicant must acknowledge that Peer Podium is a nonprofit organisation and does not pay any of the team members.QualificationsStrong web content writing and general writing skills, with the ability to explain complex debate and MUN concepts in accessible language.Experience with content strategy and research to plan, structure, and validate educational materials and platform resources.Proficiency in proofreading and basic editing to ensure high-quality, error-free content across all publications.Familiarity with MUN, debate formats, or related academic activities, and interest in education, coaching, or student development.Excellent command of English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment in Agra, with openness to feedback and iterative content improvement.Apply for the post here: https://forms.gle/45PKv1pWoJWortJe7
