Continuous Improvement Lead

Job Description

Strategy & LeadershipProcess and implement a company-wide continuous improvement strategy aligned with business goals.Partner with factory, logistics, planning, and engineering leaders to identify improvement opportunities.Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across all operations.Operational ExcellenceConduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause investigations to eliminate inefficiencies.Standardize best practices across production lines, distribution centers, and fleet operations.Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement initiatives.Logistics & Supply Chain OptimizationImprove distribution center workflows, inventory management, and fleet utilization.Implement digital tools and KPIs to monitor logistics performance.Reduce lead times and enhance service reliability.Factory & Production Line ImprovementCollaborate with plants manager to optimize production scheduling and reduce downtime.Introduce automation and engineering solutions to improve throughput.Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and implement corrective actions.Planning IntegrationAlign planning and engineering teams with operational improvement projects.Support capacity planning and long-term operational strategy.Culture & TrainingBuild a culture of continuous improvement through training and workshops.Mentor teams on Lean tools, problem-solving, and performance management.Encourage cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or any related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or manufacturing excellenceStrong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.Excellent command of English Language
