In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting our business operations through efficient contract administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Prepare, review, and maintain contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standardsManage contract filing systems and maintain organized records using document management softwareTrack contract milestones, renewal dates, and expiration dates to ensure timely action and prevent lapsesCoordinate with internal departments and external vendors to gather necessary information and documentationAnalyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks or discrepanciesSupport contract negotiations by preparing summaries, comparisons, and relevant documentationMonitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their contractual obligationsGenerate reports and maintain databases related to active contracts and their statusRespond to contract-related inquiries from stakeholders in a timely and professional mannerAssist in the development and implementation of contract administration procedures and best practicesQualificationsProven experience in contract administration or related administrative support rolesStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systemsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record keepingStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to analyze contract terms and identify key obligations and risksProficiency in data entry and database managementFamiliarity with procurement processes and vendor managementKnowledge of basic contract law principles and legal terminologyProblem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborativelyPreferred: Experience with document management software and contract lifecycle management systemsPreferred: Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Saudi ArabiaAdditional InformationThe name of the project SWHT, Qiddiya area
