Contract Administrator

Our client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support its growing alternative energy business and the complex commercial transactions behind its projects. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to understand the purpose and structure of contracts, not simply enter information into templates.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare, proofread and organize contracts, amendments, assignments, assumptions, consents and related documents.Support energy-project financing and closing packages.Help transfer contracts into individual project entities established for financing purposes.Coordinate documentation, signatures, deadlines and closing requirements.Maintain accurate contract files, version control and key-date tracking.Prepare initial documents for review by the Director of Contracts Administration.Work with internal teams, attorneys, customers, vendors and financing partners.Assist with equipment leasing and financing documentation as needed.QUALIFICATIONSContract administration, paralegal, legal administration or related commercial documentation experience.Exceptional attention to detail and document-management skills.Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the complete transaction.Ability to manage multiple documents, deadlines and stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.Experience with energy, construction, project finance, equipment leasing or complex commercial transactions is helpful but not required.If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to submit your resume in Microsoft Word format to slewis@venteon.comWe treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
