Apply & track with Apply EdgeOur client is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the contractual and commercial administration of a major Data Center construction project in Riyadh. The role will manage contract documentation, variations, claims, payment processes, compliance, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day administration of construction contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.Review contractual obligations, deliverables, notices, and correspondence to ensure compliance.Prepare and manage variations, change orders, claims, EOTs, and contractual notices.Review contractor payment applications, supporting documentation, and contractual entitlements.Maintain contract registers, records, trackers, correspondence, and commercial documentation.Support tendering, procurement, contract award, and contract close-out activities.Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against contractual requirements, programme, cost, and deliverables.Coordinate with Project Management, Commercial, Cost, Planning, Engineering, and Construction teams.Support the resolution of contractual issues, disputes, and commercial risks.Ensure contractual processes follow project procedures, governance requirements, and applicable contract conditions.Provide regular contractual and commercial reports to project leadership.Support FIDIC or equivalent contract administration across the Data Center project lifecycle. Experience & Requirements 4+ years of Contract Administration experience, with mandatory Data Center / mission-critical construction experience.Proven experience working on Data Center construction projects, preferably within a contractor, consultancy, PMC, or client-side environment.Strong understanding of construction contracts, variations, claims, EOTs, payment applications, and contractual correspondence.Experience with FIDIC or equivalent international contract forms is preferred.Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of construction procurement, subcontract administration, and commercial processes.Excellent contract documentation, reporting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work within a fast-paced, multi-contractor Data Center construction environment.Compensation The salary package will be discussed based on candidate expectations, experience, and market alignment.
