Contract Engineer

Role Overview: We're looking for a Blockchain/Smart Contract Engineer who builds secure, efficient, and production-ready on-chain infrastructure. You'll design and deploy smart contracts that power token economies, Web3 gaming, and decentralized applications—turning complex economic models into reliable, audited code. You'll work at the intersection of engineering and strategy, ensuring our clients' ecosystems are built on battle-tested foundations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains. Write secure, gas-optimized Solidity code following industry best practices and security patterns. Collaborate with tokenomics advisors to implement economic models directly into smart contract logic. Build and maintain full-stack decentralized applications (DApps) from architecture to deployment. Conduct thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts to ensure reliability and security. Integrate blockchain components with front-end applications and back-end services. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices across the team. Stay current with blockchain development tools, standards, and security vulnerabilities. Translate client requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.QualificationsStrong knowledge of contract management, construction contracts, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.Experience in project coordination, documentation control, and stakeholder communication within engineering or construction environments.Proficiency in using project management and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, document control systems, contract management software).Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing technical and commercial terms.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline; professional certifications in contract or project management are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.Prior experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred but not mandatory.
