Contract Engineer | PMC exp Must

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation through execution, compliance, renewal, and close-out. The role will work closely with internal departments, clients, suppliers, consultants, and legal teams to ensure contractual obligations are clearly defined, commercially sound, and properly managed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete contract lifecycle, including preparation, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and termination.Review contractual terms, conditions, scopes of work, commercial provisions, liabilities, warranties, indemnities, and insurance requirements.Identify contractual risks, obligations, exposures, and opportunities and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Project Management, Operations, and other stakeholders on contractual matters.Lead or support contract negotiations with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other third parties.Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their contractual obligations.Manage variations, change orders, extensions of time, claims, disputes, and other contractual notices.Maintain accurate contract records, registers, correspondence, and supporting documentation.Track key contractual dates, milestones, deliverables, notice periods, renewals, and expiry dates.Prepare contractual correspondence, notices, amendments, and commercial reports.Support the resolution of contractual disputes and participate in negotiations when required.Ensure contracts comply with company policies, applicable laws, regulations, and internal approval procedures.Provide management with regular reports on contract status, risks, claims, financial exposure, and performance.Develop and improve contract management processes, templates, procedures, and controls.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.Typically 10+ years of relevant contract management experience, preferably in a similar industry.Strong experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, administration, and claims management.Experience with commercial contracts, subcontract agreements, supplier agreements, or client contracts.Good understanding of commercial and contractual principles and risk management.Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.Professional certification such as CPCM, CIPS, RICS, FIDIC, or equivalent is an advantage.
