📢 We’re Hiring: Contract Management SME📍 Location: Madinah, Saudi Arabia 🏛️ Industry: Government & Public Service 💼 Experience: 12+ YearsWe are looking for a highly experienced Contract Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in contract administration, tendering, claims management, and commercial risk within a government/public-sector environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead tendering, contract preparation, review, and negotiation.Manage the full contract lifecycle, including variations, amendments, and close-out.Oversee claims management, negotiations, and dispute resolution.Assess penalties and liquidated damages in line with contractual terms.Conduct quantity analysis and cost/value assessments.Monitor contract performance, compliance, risks, and KPIs.Advise stakeholders on contractual risks and procurement best practices.Ensure compliance with applicable governance and regulatory requirements.What We’re Looking For:12+ years of relevant Contract Management / Contract Administration / Procurement experience.Strong expertise in tendering, contract negotiation, claims, penalties & liquidated damages.Solid knowledge of contract law and commercial risk management.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.CIPS, RICS, PMP, or similar certifications are an advantage.Arabic & English fluency preferred.Willing to be based in Madinah, KSA.
