Please find the detailed job description along with the company profile below.Position: Contract & Claims ManagerLocation: DubaiKey Requirements:• 13+ years of experience with strong exposure in Contract & Claims Management.• Minimum 10 years of GCC market experience mandatory.• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, arbitration, dispute resolution, and claims management.• Experience in infrastructure projects such as Railways, Highways, EPC, or large-scale Govt projects.• Hands-on experience in EOT claims, delay analysis, variation management, and contractual correspondence.• Exposure to international/domestic arbitration processes and Govt contracts.• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and project planning/scheduling tools.Preferred:• RICS membership or certifications in Contracts/Claims/Arbitration will be an advantage.If you are interested kindly share your resume with me for the further discussion.
