Kinetic is in partnership with a well reputed Pharmaceutical company who's looking to hire a Legal Contract Manager to join its expanding legal team in the UAE.This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with proven experience in commercial contract lifecycle management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or broader life sciences industry.Key aspects of the role include:Managing the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through execution and renewals.Supporting legal operations by maintaining contract documentation, templates, and governance processes.Partnering with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial, Finance, and Business Development to ensure timely legal support for business initiatives.Monitoring contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and legal risks across multiple markets.Coordinating with external legal counsel and supporting legal projects, reporting, and process improvements.To be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor's degree in Law or a related legal qualification.Proven experience managing commercial contracts within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.Previous experience supporting manufacturing operations.Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, legal documentation, compliance, principles, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.Hiring?
