Contract Manager

Job Profile:Development of new labour contractors.Finalizing the labour contractor.Handling issue related to contract labour.Inspection & Certification of contractor’s bills as per their order terms and debit notes.Evaluation & Gradation of Contractor.Paying contractors bill as per payment terms expected by contractor.Responsible for finalizing all work orders and receiving singed hard copies of work order documents as receipt of work order acceptance from contractors.Assist the Purchasing Department and Site Project Manager in contractual matters related to procurement / supply contract and agreements.Drafts appropriate contractual and commercial terms & conditions to best serve and protect Company’s interestsProcessing the bill as per company standard timeline.Making sure that contractor does billing every month by notifying on 25th of every month.Maintaining record of payment of each contractor for respective site.Examine and evaluate contract price proposal and financial reports to determine reasonable price.Pricing and other contractual requirements.Builds and maintain relationships with contractors in order to secure positive, constructive and cost effective commercial agreements for the CompanyMaintain contract database and order tracking system for all contracts executed.Overall management of the contractor’s divisionBenefits:HO based role2nd & 4th saturday off, flexi timings.8.5 hour shift.Location:Andheri west
