Role DescriptionManage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through negotiation, execution, renewal, amendment, and closure.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure contracts accurately reflect business requirements and agreed commercial terms.Review contractual terms, conditions, obligations, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and risk provisions to identify potential issues and ensure appropriate controls are in place.Support contract negotiations and provide practical recommendations to protect business interests while maintaining strong commercial relationships.Monitor contract performance, key milestones, renewals, deliverables, and compliance with agreed terms.Maintain accurate and organized contract records, documentation, approvals, and related correspondence.Track contractual obligations and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders on outstanding actions, deadlines, and commitments.Identify potential contractual, commercial, and operational risks and escalate significant issues when appropriate.Prepare contract summaries, reports, and management updates to support decision-making and governance.Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, sales, operations, and other relevant teams to resolve contractual matters efficiently.Contribute to the improvement of contract management processes, templates, policies, and internal controls.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of contract principles, commercial terms, contractual obligations, and risk management.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple contracts, priorities, and deadlines effectively.Good understanding of commercial and business operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; familiarity with contract management systems is an advantage.Ability to interpret complex contractual information and communicate key issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong sense of accountability, confidentiality, integrity, and professional judgment.Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
