Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage the contract with our client.Monitor contract compliance and advise the project manager and on contractual obligations and risks.Identify and highlight critical contractual issues, risks, opportunities, and commercial exposures.Lead the management of variations, change orders, and extension of time (EOT) submissions.Prepare, assess, and negotiate claims relating to delays, disruptions, scope changes, and additional costs.Ensure contractual notices and correspondence are issued in accordance with contract requirements.Maintain contract registers, claims logs, and commercial reporting systems.Lead commercial negotiations and act as the primary commercial interface with our client.Support project forecasting, cost management, and commercial reporting.Assist in dispute avoidance and resolution, coordinating with legal advisors when required.Drive the successful negotiation and settlement of final accounts. Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commerce, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years' experience in contract and commercial management on major mining, construction, or infrastructure projects.Demonstrated experience in claims management, contract administration, and commercial negotiations.Strong knowledge of construction and mining contract frameworks.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
