Contract Manager

Role Description The Contract Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This position oversees the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts for architecture, engineering, and consulting projects. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and revising contract documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and monitoring contract performance against scope, budget, and timeline. The Contract Manager collaborates with project managers, finance, and legal advisors to manage risks, resolve contract-related issues, and support bid and tender processes.
