In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle, from development and negotiation through administration and compliance monitoring. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure all contractual obligations are met while protecting organizational interests and driving project success. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring favorable terms and transparent agreementsAdminister contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with contractual obligations, company procedures, and applicable regulationsMonitor contract performance and compliance, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies and potential issuesConduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies for contract-related risksSupport claims management activities, including claim preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution with professionalism and transparencyAnalyze and interpret contract terms and conditions to safeguard organizational interests and ensure clear understanding across all partiesCollaborate with Project Managers, Department Managers, and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address contractual challengesPrepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records for easy retrieval and audit purposesDevelop and implement efficient contract management processes and best practices to enhance organizational effectivenessAssist in the resolution of contract disputes and claims through decisive and empathetic negotiationParticipate actively in tender phases by providing strategic input during offer preparation and evaluationSupport financial reviews and risk quantification activities alongside Project Managers to ensure project viabilityQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of professional experience in contract management or a similar roleStrong knowledge of contract law, commercial practices, and risk management principlesExtensive experience with FIDIC Conditions of Contract, HG1, or similar standard contract frameworksExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detailProven negotiation and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentExperience in claims management and contract dispute resolutionProficiency in contract documentation, record-keeping, and compliance monitoringStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Experience in infrastructure, construction, or project-based industriesFamiliarity with contract management software and digital toolsBackground in financial analysis or budget managementProfessional certifications in contract management or lawExperience developing and implementing contract management processes and best practicesKnowledge of local regulations and business practices relevant to Saudi Arabia
