Contract Manager – Supporting ServicesSaudi ArabiaSaudi Nationals Only21,875 SAR per month + standard benefitsFull-time | PermanentThe OpportunityAn established and diversified Saudi group is looking to appoint a Contract Manager to join its Supporting Services sector during an exciting period of growth and transformation.Sitting within the Project Management Office (PMO), this is a highly visible role with exposure across multiple business areas. You will take ownership of key commercial, supplier and service contracts, helping the organisation strengthen commercial performance, manage risk and improve contract governance.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded contracts professional who wants broader exposure, greater ownership and the opportunity to influence how contracts are managed across a major organisation.What You'll Be DoingOwn contracts across the full lifecycle – from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal and close-outDraft, review and negotiate commercial, supplier and service agreementsNegotiate pricing, commercial terms and service levelsIdentify contractual and commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigationMonitor contractual obligations, milestones, amendments and renewalsStrengthen contract governance, compliance and documentationMaintain accurate contract registers and reportingPartner with PMO, Legal, Procurement and business leadersProvide contractual support to key projects and transformation initiativesWhat We're Looking ForEssential:🇸🇦 Saudi NationalBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a related fieldAround 7–10 years' experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management or ProcurementProven hands-on experience in contract drafting, negotiation and contract lifecycle managementGood understanding of commercial and contractual riskStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsThe degree and experience requirements above come directly from the Mofarreh JD.Advantageous, but not essential:PMO or project-based environment experienceExperience across multiple business unitsExposure to industrial, infrastructure, construction, logistics or supporting-services environmentsCCCM, PMP or similar certificationPackage21,875 SAR per month + Standard company benefitsWhy Consider This Opportunity?You'll be joining a major Saudi organisation with the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of Supporting Services businesses, gain exposure to senior stakeholders and play an important role in strengthening the group's commercial and contractual capabilities.If you're a Saudi contracts/commercial professional looking for greater ownership and broader business exposure, we'd be keen to hear from you.
