In this role, you will be responsible for managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment.Draft, review, and analyze contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory standardsNegotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to achieve favorable outcomesMaintain comprehensive contract documentation and ensure proper filing and organization of all contract recordsMonitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their contractual obligationsIdentify and assess potential risks within contracts and recommend mitigation strategiesCoordinate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, operations, and legal teams, to facilitate contract executionEnsure all contracts comply with Saudi Arabia regulations and airport-specific requirementsPrepare contract summaries and reports for management reviewSupport the procurement process from requisition through contract closureMaintain proficiency with contract management systems and toolsRespond to contract-related inquiries and provide guidance to internal departmentsQualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience as a Contract Specialist or in a similar contract management role, preferably in airport operations or aviation industryAviation experience is preferred. Proven expertise in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and analysisStrong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor managementSolid understanding of contract law fundamentals and compliance requirementsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational and time management abilitiesDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with Saudi Arabia regulatory environment and international contract practices (preferred)Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems (preferred)Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation
