The role involves ensuring compliance with legal and company standards while managing risk and maintaining stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, NDAs, and service agreements to align with business needs and legal requirements.
• Negotiate terms with vendors, clients, and internal teams to secure favorable outcomes.
• Ensure contracts adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to resolve contract-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology and service agreements with a minimum of 3 years in contract management or a related role.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and technical terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
