Contracting Manager – Regional Chains (Dubai based)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong partnerships with regional chain portfolio by providing relevant market intelligence, performance insights, and growth opportunities across TBO's global source markets.Prospecting and onboarding of new regional chains in APAC, MEA and India Ocean. Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive growth and overall business performance for the regional chain portfolio.Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, tactical offers, and marketing activities to maximize visibility and revenue growth to the assigned chain portfolio.Continuously monitor and review Supply team KPIs, ensuring commercial targets, budget commitments, and operational objectives are achieved within agreed timelines.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification. Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in hotel contracting within an OTA, wholesaler or Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities. Results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and achieving business objectives. Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret market trends and make data-driven decisions.
