Contractor Operations Consultant

We’re looking for a Contractor Operations Consultant to join our growing interim recruitment team and take ownership of everything that happens after a contractor accepts an offer.You’ll manage the contractor journey from offer through to assignment completion, covering onboarding, contracts, compliance, timesheets, finance administration and contractor care.You’ll also build strong relationships with our contractor network, keeping close to what they’re working on and spotting extensions, redeployment opportunities, upcoming projects and potential hiring needs to feed back to our recruitment team.The roleManage contractor onboarding, contracts, compliance and pre-employment checks.Own timesheets, approvals, POs and finance administration.Act as a key point of contact for contractors throughout their assignments.Manage extensions, changes and upcoming end dates.Identify opportunities to redeploy contractors.Build market intelligence and spot potential commercial opportunities.Keep contractor records accurate and audit-ready.Work closely with recruitment and finance to keep everything running smoothly.About youYou’re highly organised, proactive and commercially curious.
