Job descriptionExperience: 10+ YearsIndustry: Real Estate / ConstructionLocation: Noida / Greater NoidaJob Summary -We are looking for an experienced Contractor Sourcing Manager responsible for sourcing, onboarding, empanelment and deployment of contractors for Civil, MEP, Finishing and allied construction works. The candidate will manage contractor relationships, commercial negotiations, mobilization and performance to ensure timely project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and onboard new Civil, MEP, Finishing and specialized contractors as per project requirements.Develop and maintain a strong contractor/vendor database and empanelment network.Evaluate contractors based on experience, manpower strength, technical capability, financial capacity and past performance.Coordinate with Project and Site teams for timely contractor deployment and manpower mobilization.Invite and evaluate quotations/tenders and negotiate competitive rates and commercial terms.Coordinate preparation and execution of work orders/subcontracts.Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment, quality, productivity and timelines.Handle contractor-related variations, claims, commercial issues and disputes.Ensure contractor documentation, statutory and company compliance.Monitor market rates and identify opportunities for cost optimization.Maintain strong relationships with existing contractors and continuously develop new contractor sources.Prepare MIS/reports on contractor sourcing, onboarding, deployment, performance and commercial statusCandidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management preferred.10+ years of relevant experience in contractor sourcing, subcontractor management, construction procurement or contracts.Strong experience in Civil, MEP and Finishing contractor sourcing and deployment.Good knowledge of BOQs, work orders, construction contracts and commercial negotiations.Strong contractor network in the Noida/Greater Noida/NCR market will be an advantage.Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination and relationship-management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Office.Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
