Senior Contract AdministratorWe're looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join a high-end luxury residential home builder, working on projects ranging from $10m–$20m where design, procurement and construction activities overlap.About the RoleThis is a hybrid position that combines the practical, hands-on strengths of a quality Site Manager with the planning, documentation, coordination and commercial awareness of a Project Manager or Contract Administrator. You'll need the ability to drive the project, procurement and site team — proactively coordinating consultants, trades and programme requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.While the role carries strong onsite leadership, trade coordination, programming, quality control and subcontractor management responsibilities, we're equally looking for someone highly organised and disciplined from an administrative and project controls perspective.Key ResponsibilitiesManage programmes and coordinate design and construction deliverables across luxury residential projectsMaintain strong record keeping, site diaries and documentation managementSupport cost tracking, forecasting and variation managementCoordinate procurement across trades and consultantsDeliver project reporting and maintain strong control over time, cost and quality outcomesContribute during planning, feasibility and pre-construction stages on Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) projects, before full consultant teams or architects are engagedAbout YouProven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator on high-end residential or luxury home projectsComfortable working on tight budgets with strong cost control requirements on $10m–$20m buildsExperience delivering fast-track projects where design, procurement and construction run concurrentlyProficient in Procore and CheopsLooking to step into a Project Manager role — this position offers a genuine pathway for the right candidateIf you're a Senior CA ready to take the next step toward Project Management on some of Sydney's finest luxury homes, we'd love to hear from you.#SCR-jarrod-sellers
