Contracts & Commercial Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Contracts & Commercial Manager to join a leading contracting organisation in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the commercial and contractual management of major infrastructure projects• Manage contracts, variations, claims, EOTs and commercial negotiations• Oversee subcontractor and supplier contracts, payments and commercial evaluations• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and overall commercial performance• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks• Prepare and review contractual correspondence, notices and claims• Work closely with Project, Procurement, Finance and QS teams• Lead negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial proceduresRequirements:• 8–10 years of relevant experience in contracts and commercial management• Strong experience specifically within roads and bridges / infrastructure projects• MRICS or a relevant professional qualification is highly preferred• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Commercial Management, Law or a related discipline• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, EOTs and dispute resolution• Proven experience in contract administration and commercial management• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills• UAE/GCC experience is highly desirableNoite: Open to candidates worldwideIf you are an experienced Contracts & Commercial Manager with strong roads and bridges experience, please apply now and will call you for a confidential discussion.
