Team members work in a dynamic environment that combines international exposure with deep local expertise.Role Description The Contracts and Budget Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing employment-related and commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with legal, financial, and compliance requirements in India. The individual will oversee budgeting processes, monitor expenses against approved budgets, and collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize resource allocation. Daily tasks include analyzing cost data, preparing budget reports, supporting contract negotiations, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role also involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support EOR service delivery and ensure financial and contractual integrity.Qualifications Strong budget management and budgeting skills, with experience in planning, tracking, and optimizing financial resources.Solid finance and accounting knowledge, including understanding of financial statements and cost analysis.Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and administration, preferably in HR, EOR, or professional services environments.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple contracts and budgets simultaneously.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance, legal, and operations teams.Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools; experience with ERP or contract management systems is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.Knowledge of Indian employment regulations and statutory compliance is preferred.
