We are always interested in hearing from driven and enthusiastic people who want to be part of a fast growing, specialist subsea robotics company.Role SummaryYou will provide support to the Commercial Department in tender preparation along with supporting the Operations team in relation to project commercial issues. This role provides global support to the business.Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Prepare and collate budget proposals and tenders, including associated subcontractor andsupplier proposals (where applicable) in accordance with our internal management systemsPrepare detailed and accurate tender price estimatesMaintain up to date and comprehensive clarification registers for tenders and work with theTechnical Sales Manager to ensure a suitable and achievable technical solution is providedPrepare commercial and collate contractual & technical deliverables for inclusion in clienttender submissions (i.e. commercial, contractual, and technical qualifications) with supportfrom other departments where requiredDraft and/or negotiate Call Offs to previously established contractsMaintain commercial databases such as CRMLead the handover process between Commercial and Operations of all relevant commercialand contractual documents including a detailed review of the tender risk registerProvide ongoing support to the operations team in relation to the commercial issues thatarise on project and working with the Project Manager to identify efficiencies to increasethe marginEnsure the accuracy of project invoicing on a monthly basisWork with Supply Chain to ensure supplier management and strategic partnerships arebeing evaluated on a regular basis.About YouYou should have a number of years’ experience of a similar role previously; with sound numerical and analytical skills. It would be desirable if you had experience of operating in global jurisdictions given the global remit of this role.You should be PC literate with proven experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
