With a mission to redefine digital transformation, we combine sovereign capabilities with scalable, high-performance compute infrastructure, positioning Core42 at the forefront of AI innovation in the Middle East and beyond.The opportunityCore42 is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract management within the Supply Chain and Procurement function, reporting to the Director - Supply Chain.You will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle across supplier and commercial agreements, ensuring contracts are well governed, accurately maintained and actively tracked from initiation through execution, amendment, renewal and close-out.You will work closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Operations and business stakeholders to improve contract governance, increase visibility of contractual obligations, reduce process bottlenecks and support Core42's fast-paced technology and AI infrastructure environment.This is a hands-on manager role suited to someone who can bring structure, pace and discipline to a growing contract portfolio.Your key responsibilitiesContract Lifecycle ManagementManage the end-to-end contract lifecycle process, including initiation, review, approval, execution, amendment, renewal and close-out.Coordinate master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), amendments, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), framework agreements, licensing agreements, supplier contracts and other commercial documents.Track contract status, approvals, milestones, actions and stakeholder inputs to support timely execution.Ensure contract documentation is complete, accurate and aligned with internal governance requirements.Support contract owners and business stakeholders in understanding contract-process requirements and approval routes.Commercial and Contract GovernanceMaintain contract-governance standards, procedures, templates, workflows and controls.Ensure contract activities are aligned with procurement policies, delegation-of-authority requirements and internal-control expectations.Support consistent contract-management practices across departments and supplier engagements.Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve contract visibility and turnaround times.Prepare contract-status reports, dashboards and management updates for Supply Chain leadership.Legal, Finance and Stakeholder CoordinationAct as a key coordination point between Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and business stakeholders during contract review and execution.Track redlines, commercial issues, supplier clarifications, approvals and signature workflows through to closure.Support the resolution of contract-related queries, bottlenecks and process delays.Escalate material contractual risks, unresolved issues or approval delays as required.Ensure stakeholders are clear on their responsibilities throughout the contract process.Contract Repository, Renewals and ObligationsOwn and maintain the contract repository, ensuring executed agreements are properly stored, classified and accessible.Maintain accurate contract records, version control, document retention and audit evidence.Establish and manage renewal calendars, notice periods, expiry dates and renewal-planning actions.Track key contractual obligations, including deliverables, service levels, warranties, commercial commitments and other material terms.Support audit readiness through disciplined document control and evidence management.Contract Lifecycle Management and Continuous ImprovementSupport the implementation and ongoing improvement of contract lifecycle management tools and workflows.Develop contract KPIs, reporting standards, process maps and standard operating procedures.Identify opportunities to automate manual contract processes and improve governance.Support continuous improvement across contract administration, approvals, reporting and repository management.Promote effective contract-management practices across the organization.Role OwnershipContract lifecycle management and contract-administration governance.MSA, SOW, NDA, amendment, renewal and contract-change coordination.Contract-repository accuracy, document control, retention and reporting.Contract approval and signature-workflow follow-up.Contract-obligation tracking and renewal calendars.Contract lifecycle management process improvement and contract-management standardization.What we’re looking forWe are looking for a commercially aware, structured and delivery-focused contracts professional who can bring control, pace and clarity to a growing contract portfolio.The successful candidate will be comfortable working across legal, commercial, procurement and operational teams while balancing governance with practical execution. You will be highly organized, confident working with senior stakeholders, resilient under pressure and able to build scalable contract-management practices that support Core42's growth and operational discipline.(a) Required skills / qualificationsBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.Eight to 12 years of experience in contract management, procurement, commercial management, legal operations, supply chain or a related field.Strong experience managing complex commercial contracts in a large enterprise environment.Practical understanding of contract lifecycle management, procurement governance, commercial risk, approvals, compliance and document control.Experience supporting MSAs, SOWs, amendments, licensing agreements, professional services agreements, supplier contracts and renewals.Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate across Legal, Finance, Procurement and business teams.Clear communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contract priorities in a fast-paced environment.(b) Preferred skills / qualificationsExperience in technology, cloud, AI, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services or large enterprise environments.Experience using or implementing contract lifecycle management platforms such as Sirion, Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, SAP Ariba CLM or similar tools.Experience supporting procurement transformation, process improvement, standard operating procedure development or governance-framework design.Professional certification such as CIPS, WorldCC / IACCM, PMP or an equivalent qualification would be advantageous.What working at Core42 offersWith a diverse team of 1,100+ employees from 68 nationalities, we foster an inclusive, innovative and collaborative environment.
