Contracts Manager - Real Estate

Our client, a leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi specializing in master plan development and project management, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contracts for large-scale development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage contracts with consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.Lead contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial negotiations.Prepare and monitor cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and commercial updates.Review payment applications, variations, change orders, and contractual entitlements.Ensure contracts are administered in line with project requirements, commercial objectives, and contractual obligations.Work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve contractual and commercial issues.Monitor project costs and provide clear commercial reporting to senior management.Support tendering, contract awards, and the ongoing management of contractual documentation.

Requirements

Strong Developer or PMC-side experience in Contracts/Commercial Management.Proven experience managing consultants and contractors on major development projects.Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost reporting, variations, claims, and commercial management.Experience with residential and mixed-use development projects.UAE real estate/development experience is highly preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
