Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Purpose:Execute and follow up on the preparation, review contracts and agreements, approved financial and procurement policies and procedures, and contractual obligations, while protecting the rights and minimizing risks.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, draft, and review contracts, agreements, and their amendments in coordination with relevant departments. Ensure contracts are aligned with tender results, requests for proposals, and approved technical and financial offers. Review the scope of work, prices, payment schedules, contract duration, performance indicators, and service levels (SLAs & KPIs). Follow up on contract signing procedures and ensure all required documents and requirements are completed before implementation. Follow up on bank guarantees, including performance guarantees, their validity periods, renewals, and releases. Monitor suppliers' contractual obligations and coordinate with project managers regarding implementation progress. Prepare and review contract amendments, change orders, extensions, renewals, and contractual modifications. Monitor contract start and expiry dates and provide notifications for contracts requiring renewal, extension, or closure. Review payment requests and link them to milestones, deliverables, and completion certificates in accordance with contract terms. Address contractual observations and violations in coordination with the Finance, Legal, and technical departments. Prepare official correspondence and notices related to contracts and suppliers. Prepare periodic reports on contract status, values, durations, obligations, and associated risks. Maintain and document contracts, amendments, guarantees, correspondence, and related documents. Contribute to developing contract templates, procedures, and work manuals to improve contract management efficiency. Comply with applicable federal government legislation, regulations, decisions, and financial and procurement policiesRequirementsGood knowledge of contract management and government procurement. Ability to draft and review contracts and agreements. Ability to analyze proposals, scopes of work, and commercial requirements. Contractual risk and obligation management. Negotiation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. Strong reporting, follow-up, accuracy, and time-management skills. Proficiency in using procurement systems and electronic financial systems
