🚨 NOW HIRING – Controls Engineer | Manufacturing Automation NO VISA Candidates📍 Onsite at Buffalo, New York | Engine Assembly & Machining🕐 Monday–Friday | 40–50 hrs/week🔧 Initially 1st Shift; potential transition to 2nd/3rd Shift after 1 year📅 Approximately 2–3 weekend shifts/monthWe’re looking for a Controls Engineer to support advanced automation in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a highly hands-on role with 80–90% of the time spent on the production floor.🔧 What You’ll Do• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs and automated manufacturing equipment • Diagnose Siemens and Allen-Bradley/Rockwell controls issues • Support Fanuc robots/cobots and automated material handling systems • Troubleshoot and support AMRs and fleet management systems • Assist with automation commissioning, startups and production launches • Partner with Production, Maintenance, Materials and Logistics teams • Support new automation projects and Industry 4.0 initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and material flow✅ Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 2–4 years of relevant experience • Strong PLC troubleshooting and controls knowledge • Siemens & Allen-Bradley/Rockwell experience • Robotics/automation experience • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills⭐ Top Skills: PLC Troubleshooting | Siemens | Allen-Bradley | Robotics | Automation | AMRs | HMI | Controls Systems🚀 Great opportunity to become an SME in emerging robotics and autonomous material-handling technologies.📩 Interested?
