You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. You will keep monitoring the building through CCTV System making sure the building is safe and secure.Accountabilities:Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriatelyAnswer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when neededOperates the telephone switch board in the professional manner using the proper language, tone and answers before the third ringMaintains updated list of staff telephone extension their work extensions and mobile numbersUpdate appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointmentsMonitor the SO building from inside and outside through the CCTV System.Provide video records when requested by the authorised people.Report all kind of safety and security hazards and incidents.Communicate and coordinate with local authorities when required.Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriersPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.Monitor the flow at the staff entrance allowing only staff members, Commercial customers and authorized persons to go throughMeasure co-workers and visitors temperature prior to their entrance.Ensure all precautions like mask, social distance, etc are implemented all the time.Qualifications and Experience:Diploma or higher degree in Occupational Health and Safety or any related fieldFresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.Competences:Core Competencies :Customer centricityDigital orientationWillingness to learnAdaptability and AgilityCollaboration / Cross-functional workData / Insight driven decision makingCritical thinkingProblem solvingEntrepreneurshipFunctional Competencies :CCTV SystemCommunication SkillAbility to work under pressureProficient with Microsoft Office Suite
