Control Room Operator

Job Summary:This role will be responsible for monitoring and controlling plant operations through SCADA/PLC systems, reading process parameters, responding to alarms, coordinating with field operators, and ensuring safe and efficient production.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and operate plant processes from the control room using SCADA/PLC systemsMonitor operating parameters and identify abnormal conditionsCoordinate with field operators to start, stop, and adjust equipment and production linesRespond promptly to alarms, process deviations, and emergency situations according to operating proceduresMaintain accurate production and operational logsReport equipment abnormalities, process issues, and safety concerns to the relevant teamEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and operational proceduresSupport smooth and efficient plant productionRequirements:Basic understanding of SCADA and PLC systemAbility to read and understand operating parameterBasic English communication skillAbility to follow operating procedures and safety instructionGood attention to detail and ability to work in a control-room environmenPrevious experience in a feed mill or industrial plant is an advantage
