Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Role / Responsibilities:Siemens PLC Programming, Software Testing, CommissioningRobot (UR, Kawasaki, KUKA & MiR) Programming for Industrial applications.Create Schematic drawings for Power & Control circuits & Pneumatics.Design PLC Control system, Safety system for Project SolutionsPLC Testing, Program Execution, Installation & Commissioning activities.Instructing & guiding Automation Engineers & Technician.Project Costing, Selection of components based on project requirement.Collaborate with Mechanical Design team & Operation team in project activities.Implement project Documentations & lead the team in project activitiesLead the Projects from initial design concepts in Presale, Post sale & Installation Stages.Take responsibilities in project components selection in electrical, control, pneumatics, and industrial robotics.Key Requirements: Good Knowledge in Siemens industrial automation & control devices.Should have good knowledge in Electrical Circuits, Pneumatic circuits design.Must have experienced in major PLC brands (preferred Siemens) & Robot Integrations.Must have experience and knowledge about the industrial automation system simulation software as (MATLAB/Simulink, Siemens TIA Portal, FlexSim or others)Should be familiar with Electrical Design Software’s (Solid works Electrical / AutoCAD / E plan)Must have hands on experience in Machine manufacturing industries.Additional Certification in Industrial Automation will be added value.Must have previous experience in Project Planning, Cost estimation, Execution, Installation & Commissioning activities.Should be familiar with major communication protocols in PLC control system.Analyzing Fault & Troubleshooting skillsGood Communication Skills in English language.Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Industrial Automation & control field.The number of executed projects and experience in team leadership, which contribute to strong problem-solving skills.
