This is an onsite position.What You'll Do:✔ Lead full-cycle accounting for multiple companies ✔ Prepare financial statements and oversee month-end and year-end reporting ✔ Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow ✔ Develop KPI dashboards and financial reporting ✔ Supervise and mentor an accounting team ✔ Partner with the President on strategic planning and business growth ✔ Drive process improvements through ERP systems and AI technologies ✔Work closely with banks, external accountants, lawyers, and insurance providers.What We're Looking For:✔ CPA with strong leadership potential.✔ 3-5 years of Canadian experience in an Assistant Controller, Controller, or senior accounting role ✔Strong experience with full-cycle accounting for multiple companies.✔ Strong knowledge of Canadian GAAP and financial reporting ✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP experience ✔ Experience with QuickBooks Pro Contractor/Job Costing is an asset ✔ Construction, drilling, or industrial industry experience is an asset ✔ Professional proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is required ✔Hands-on, approachable, and collaborative.✔High level of integrity and professionalism.✔Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.✔Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.✔Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.✔ A collaborative leader seeking a long-term career with one organization What Our Client Offers:✅ Competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 ✅ Comprehensive benefits package ✅ RRSP matching program ✅ Opportunity to work directly with executive leadership ✅ A clear career path toward a Controller and senior leadership role. ✅ Stable, growing Fraser Valley organization Interested?
