About The CompanyOur client is a luxury consumer goods company seeking a Controller who will provide strategic and hands-on accounting work for the growing company.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily cash flow including transfers, funding needs, and working capital managementManage AP/AR, invoice processing, and payroll duties dailyLead and manage the month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and review journal entries and accrualsPerform and oversee bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliationsProduce financial reports, cash flow statements, dashboards, and KPIsBuild financial models, forecasts, and cash flow projectionsPrepare budgets vs. actuals including variance analysis and reportingOversee inventory valuation and ensure alignment between financial and operational dataManage onboarding of payroll/benefits set-up for new employeesOversee company health benefits, 401k, and retirement accountsRequirementsBachelor’s degree requiredCPA preferred8-10 years of related accounting experienceExperience managing a teamExperience in NetSuite, Shopify, and Bill.com preferredExperience with AP/AR, journal entries, and cash flow managementProficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisSalary Range$165,000-$190,000
