Site ControllerHudson, NH (On-Site)A growing manufacturer serving highly regulated industries is seeking a hands-on Site Controller to lead all accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, forecasting, and operational finance activities for a manufacturing facility with approximately $20M-$30M in annual revenue.This is a key leadership role partnering directly with the General Manager to drive profitability, improve operational performance, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesOwn financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysisManage inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing financeDrive margin improvement, working capital optimization, and cost reduction initiativesPartner with operations on pricing, profitability, capital investments, and productivity programsEnsure compliance with GAAP and maintain a strong internal control environmentLead audit activities and support corporate reporting requirementsDevelop and mentor accounting and finance team membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredCPA and/or MBA preferred8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experiencePrior Controller or senior finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong expertise in cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingExperience working within a public company environment is a plusAdvanced Excel and ERP system experience requiredIdeal CandidateWe are seeking a hands-on finance leader who can operate both strategically and tactically. The successful candidate will be a strong business partner, possess excellent manufacturing finance expertise, and have a proven ability to translate operational performance into actionable financial insights.Compensation: $155k-$180k + bonus + comprehensive benefits package.
