Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionLead all accounting operations including general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and month-end close.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic initiatives.Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Lead annual audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.Drive ERP enhancements, financial reporting improvements, and automation initiatives.Support treasury, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting activities.Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting team while improving processes and efficiencies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA or CMA preferred.6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.3+ years of public accounting experience.Experience in multi-site manufacturing or supply chain environments.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, Qlik, or similar reporting tools is a plus.Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Why You Will Love Working HereYou'll join a collaborative leadership team where your expertise is valued and your ideas help shape the future of the organization.
