Location: Mooresville, North CarolinaCompensation: $140,000 to $160,000Key ResponsibilitiesLead all accounting and finance operations across the organization.Develop and execute financial strategies that support company growth and profitability.Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.Assist in strategic planning, forecasting, and long-term business initiatives.Evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger, and Budgeting functions.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to leadership.Manage tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all financial records.Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes.Ensure compliance with GAAP, financial regulations, and industry standards.Evaluate and enhance financial systems, workflows, and reporting capabilities.Support ERP optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive operational efficiencies across accounting and finance functions.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.Establish performance objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Experience:8+ years of progressive executive-level accounting and finance experience.Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.5+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience.Proven track record of leading accounting and finance functions within a growing organization.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Experience with ERP systems and financial technology platforms.Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsKnowledge of tax compliance, audit management, and internal controls.Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.Ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership.Proven success leading teams through growth and organizational change.Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability.
