Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities)Circuit Design & simulation on AC/DC circuit, control circuit & communication protocolAssemble, wire, and mechanically modify custom boxes.Solution Improvement, improvisation & innovation projectDocumentation and reporting of project, BOM and procedures.Interface with customer and supplier to lead project & executionSupport sales and marketing for technical engagementSupport operations issues & quality improvementJob Requirement (Qualifications & Experience)Required Experience (Must Have)Core: 3+ years combining hardware & circuitry design, firmware, and physical assembly.Microcontroller programming: Experience in C/C++ (Arduino/Raspberry Pi ecosystems).Proficient with closed-loop systems & sensors (Eg. pressure, temp, gyro, proximity).Hands on with soldering irons, crimpers, DMMs, logic analyzer and oscilloscopes. Skilled at reading and generating electrical wiring drawingsResult orientated. Multi-tasking. And a self-starter. Passionate about creating innovative hardware engineering solutionsAdded AdvantagesExperience with design software CAD/SolidworksExperience with high-speed transmission & RF circuit,Experience with Wire heating elements, thermoelectric coolers (TECs), and SSRs is added advantagePLCs: Any Programming experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT or Siemens TIA Portal or equivalentMEMS: Knowledge of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems design and control.Experience with optics, vision system is advantageousExperience with semiconductor manufacturing environmentEducationDegree: Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, System or Mechatronics Engineering
