As a Conveyancer at Driven Properties, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth conveyancing process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancy contracts, and other contracts related to real estate transactionsConduct legal due diligence to identify any potential risks or legal issues related to property transactionsCoordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for property transactionsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and legal obligations throughout the conveyancing processFacilitate the transfer of property ownership, including managing the transfer of funds, coordinating with banks and financial institutionsProvide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding property transactions and related legal mattersStay updated with changes in real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate legal adviceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Law or related fieldUAE driving licenseMinimum of 1 years of experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industryStrong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlinesArabic speaking is a BIG advantage as well as good communication skills Can join immediately (or at least able to negotiate the 1-month notice)BenefitsOpportunity to work with a leading real estate company in DubaiCollaborative and dynamic work environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and development
