Team members collaborate closely with clients to implement reliable, future-ready industrial solutions.Role Description The Conveyor Belt Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing conveyor belt systems within industrial facilities, ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine diagnostics, monitoring system performance, identifying mechanical and electrical issues, and performing preventive maintenance. The specialist collaborates with engineers and operations teams to optimize conveyor layouts, integrate automation components, and implement safety standards and best practices. The role also involves documenting service activities, training facility staff on proper usage and basic maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across conveyor systems.Qualifications Strong mechanical skills related to conveyor belt installation, alignment, repair, and preventive maintenance.Experience with industrial automation and control systems, including sensors, drives, and basic PLC interaction.Knowledge of safety standards, risk assessments, and best practices for working with moving machinery and industrial equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in conveyor systems.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with engineering, operations, and vendor teams.Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial setting in Saudi Arabia or the wider region is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and occasionally respond to urgent maintenance needs outside standard hours.
