Cooler Technician

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Cooler Technician to join our Marketing Equipment Team.In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various cooling systems and equipment to ensure maximum performance and operational efficiency. You will play a vital role in executing routine inspections, diagnosing issues, and providing on-site technical support to our clients while coordinating with internal sales teams.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Setup: Install, configure, and test cooling systems to achieve optimal operational standards.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance, cleaning, and routine inspections to prevent equipment downtime.Troubleshooting & Repair: Perform diagnostics to identify issues quickly and carry out corrective maintenance.Stakeholder Support: Partner with the sales team to address customer requirements and deliver high-quality technical support directly to clients.Performance Monitoring: Monitor equipment operation to maintain safety and efficiency standards across all locations.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Diploma in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or a related technical field.Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration maintenance and diagnostics.Certifications & Licenses:Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning certification.Core Competencies: Technical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, communication, and decision-making skills.Work Requirements: Ability to handle field travel across different areas, manage work under pressure, and maintain a professional appearance.Locations:AbhaJizan
