Headquartered in Qatar, the company operates a dedicated Office in Dubai, serving clients across the United Arab Emirates.Job Description & Responsibilities:Supervise and execute cooling tower maintenance, inspection, repair, and refurbishment activities.Perform mechanical inspections and troubleshooting of cooling tower components, including fans, gearboxes, motors, drive shafts, bearings, and related equipment.Supervise installation and replacement of cooling tower components, including fill media, drift eliminators, nozzles, louvers, and mechanical equipment.Carry out and supervise mechanical alignment, lubrication, vibration checks, and preventive maintenance activities.Identify equipment defects, maintenance risks, and performance issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.Lead technicians and site workers, ensuring effective manpower allocation, quality workmanship, and timely completion of assigned tasks.Coordinate site activities with customers, subcontractors, and Tawreed's engineering and operations teams.Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, site safety procedures, work instructions, and company quality standards.Maintain daily site records, progress updates, inspection checklists, and maintenance reports.Support site surveys, technical inspections, and troubleshooting activities.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC mechanical maintenance, preferably involving cooling towers.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.Strong practical knowledge of mechanical equipment, particularly gearboxes, motors, bearings, fans, and drive systems.Experience in cooling tower maintenance, refurbishment, or installation is highly preferred.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and installation instructions.Good leadership, troubleshooting, and site coordination skills.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Basic computer skills, including MS Office and preparation of maintenance reports.Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
