The team operates with a strong focus on speed, discretion, and impeccable service standards, providing personalized solutions for demanding and dynamic client needs.Role Description The Coordinador/a Logístico: Experiencias y Hospitalidad is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. This role coordinates end-to-end logistics for client stays, including transportation arrangements, hotel bookings, and schedule management for artists and high-profile guests. The coordinator designs and manages tailored experiences, liaises with hotels and suppliers, and ensures that all services meet luxury standards. Daily responsibilities include responding to client requests, updating itineraries, troubleshooting issues in real time, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners. The role also involves monitoring budgets, preparing service reports, and continuously improving processes to uphold Fino’s promise of fast, discreet, and flawless execution.Qualifications Experience in hospitality, concierge services, event coordination, or logistics, preferably with high-profile or VIP clients.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests and changing priorities under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.Fluency in Spanish and strong professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information and sensitive client needs.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on client schedules and events.Knowledge of Mexico City and key destinations in Mexico related to entertainment, hospitality, and luxury experiencesSecure privileged access: venues, restaurants, events, VIP areas and exclusive services.Relevant academic background in tourism, hospitality management, communications, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
