Role Description The Coordinadora de los programas de Mercadotecnia y Administración de Empresas at Vinculación UACJ Campus Nuevo Casas Grandes is a full-time, on-site role based in Nuevo Casas Grandes, CHH. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Marketing and Business Administration academic programs, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing program schedules, coordinating with faculty and administrative staff, supporting student services related to the programs, and organizing academic and outreach activities that strengthen links with industry and the community. The coordinator monitors program performance indicators, prepares reports, and proposes initiatives to enhance academic offerings and graduate outcomes. Daily tasks also involve responding to inquiries from students and partners, supporting accreditation and evaluation processes, and participating in campus committees as required.Qualifications Program Management and Program Development skills to design, implement, monitor, and improve academic programs.Project Management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate academic and outreach projects within established timelines and budgets.Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, administrators, and external partners.Customer Service orientation to provide responsive, respectful, and solution-focused support to students and stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; advanced studies are an advantage.Experience in higher education administration, academic coordination, or program management.Ability to work collaboratively, handle multiple priorities, and maintain organized records and reports.Proficiency in office productivity tools and basic data analysis for academic and administrative reporting.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and to the mission and values of public higher education.
