Coordinator – Content Production and Publishing

JPC: 6352Position: Coordinator Content Production & PublishingLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience: 2 4 YearsWe are looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator Content Production & Publishing to support the coordination, production, review, and publishing of high-quality content across print and digital channels.Key RequirementsEducationBachelor s degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Media, Publishing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.Experience2 4 years of experience in communications coordination, publishing, marketing, media production, higher education, government, or a related environment.Experience coordinating with copy editors, designers, content owners, printers, web teams, and external suppliers.Proven ability to manage multiple approvals, revisions, stakeholders, and deadlines across departments.Technical SkillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and project-tracking tools.Familiarity with print specifications, digital publishing formats, image/video production workflows, social media requirements, accessibility, proofing, and version control.Understanding of content-to-design workflows and revision cycles.Familiarity with Arabic/English bilingual content production is highly desirable.Key CompetenciesStrong project coordination and follow-through.Excellent proofreading and content quality-control skills.Ability to consolidate and communicate stakeholder feedback clearly.Strong stakeholder management and escalation skills.Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and deadlines.Cultural awareness, discretion, and professional judgment within the UAE context.
