The culture emphasizes innovation, global exposure, and student-centered learning.Role Description The Coordinator School of Accountancy at TMUC Rawalpindi/Islamabad is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. The coordinator will manage day-to-day academic operations for accounting programs, including class scheduling, faculty coordination, and student support. Responsibilities include overseeing student advisement, organizing tutorials and workshops, and ensuring timely communication between faculty, administration, and learners. The role involves supporting quality assurance processes, maintaining academic records, and assisting with accreditation and compliance requirements. The coordinator will also help plan and execute student engagement activities, liaise with professional bodies, and contribute to outreach initiatives that strengthen youth development and employability.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty, and stakeholders.Candidates should possess skills related to Education, such as understanding of higher education systems, curriculum delivery support, and academic administration.Candidates should possess experience in Youth Development, including mentoring, student guidance, and organizing activities that foster personal and professional growth.Candidates should possess Educational Leadership and Training skills, including leading academic initiatives, coordinating faculty development, and supporting training sessions for students.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Education, or a related field.Prior experience in academic coordination, program administration, or similar roles in higher education is highly beneficial.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment and demonstrate a student-focused approach.
