This role is ideal for someone who is organised, comfortable working with clients and creative teams, and also has an eye for social media content.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate between *clients, designers, video editors, and the internal team* to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.* Follow up on content, revisions, approvals, deadlines, and day-to-day client requirements.* Coordinate and assist with *photoshoots and video shoots*, including schedules, requirements, and team communication.* Attend shoots when required and capture *BTS, Reels, Stories, and casual social media content using a mobile phone*.* Have a good understanding of how to shoot aesthetically pleasing content using a smartphone.* Assist with basic *designing and video editing* when required.* Keep track of ongoing projects and ensure tasks are properly communicated and completed on time.* Stay aware of current *social media trends, content styles, Reels, and visual aesthetics*.* Support the team wherever coordination between creative execution and client requirements is needed.What We’re Looking For* Good communication and coordination skills.* Basic knowledge of *Canva/graphic design and video editing*.* Comfortable shooting photos and videos using a *mobile phone*.* Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and social media content.* Organised, responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.* Comfortable attending client shoots and working in a fast-paced creative agency environment.* Previous experience in social media, marketing, coordination, content creation, or an agency environment is an advantage.
